By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We conform to the Distance Selling Regulations which are designed to protect you when buying items via mail order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back if the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery detailing the reason for your dissatisfaction. In the event that an item is to be returned it must be unused and with the original packing and in the condition in which it was delivered to you unless faulty. Unless there is a manufacturing fault, or the goods were damaged in transit, goods will be returned at your own cost and refunds are made up to the cost of the goods excluding Postage and Packing. Monarch Models strongly recommends the use of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (signed for) for goods returned, and cannot be held liable for any losses in the postal service.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect
In the event of Monarch Models sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Monarch Models within 7 working days. Monarch Models reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 7 working days of the date on which Monarch Models confirms we will issue a replacement.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
